Asking what the next action is is the most impactful way to work toward a known objective.

This turns any ambiguity about who owns the next step and where that step can be accomplished into understood potential. Without this, many things are halted due to the burden of analysis/planning, no matter how easy to do, which allows a project to get set aside.
