Technical project planning.

The technical plan is comprised of several artifacts 1A4A. These can help identify needs early, but offer little predictive ability 1A4B. People are bad at planning and there are things to be done with that 1A2. Plan should demonstrate progress 1A4C. Estimation is a necessary part of planning 1A5. Attention should be paid to reducing risk to the planned timeline 1A3. A “premortem” happens toward the end to ensure smooth delivery 1A4E, followed by celebration 1A4F.
