Receive feedback with a mind to use it.

Feedback will often by delivered in a way that’s difficult to internalize. Mastery requires feedback, however, so the impulse to disregard the message should be kept in check. The speaker cares enough about your shared context to speak up, so find what’s useful in their message (and disregard the rest).rB1
