Improve information flow to adjust component behaviors.

Missing information is a common source of dysfunction. It’s easier to direct more information to the actor that needs it than to redesign the system. The information must be compelling to the receiving component for this to make a difference, however. Information often goes missing due to humans’ natural aversion to accountability.rM3
