Decision making meeting tactics.

Ensure every member has a clear understanding of the problem space. The purpose of meeting to decide is to share additional context and commit, so the next part is to discuss missing context, and potentially engage in conflict to resolve disparate context. (May need help). Once a decision is clear enough, all participants need to engage active commitment, and disagree and commit where necessary. Meeting must end with commitments and explicit confirmation of what is, isn’t decided.rL1
