Adjust delays, especially to address oscillations.

Delays define oscillations, but also contribute to finding dynamic equilibrium or collapse. Delays matter versus the rate of change in the stockā€”but changing delay is often harder than changing the rate of change. Adjusting the change rate can offset the negative impact of delay.rM3
