A team moves fastest when all of its parts can contribute to all of its properties.

This necessitates that all members are attentive to each other’s work. It also necessitates that members are at least partially interested in learning from each other’s specializations. With that established, people can unblock themselves and move onto the problems most important to solve rather than just the subset matching their background.rS3
