Learn through a year-in-review.

This after-action review asks specific questions to gain wisdom and to prepare for the next year. This should produce an artifact that discusses any plans, dreams, or concrete goals at play; 2-3 themes that reoccurred through the year; successes and failures; the opportunities implied by regrets; and things to be grateful for. The positive focus here sets one up to think more generously about one’s potential, leading to more useful goals.rM2
