This can show useful results within three weeks. Notes taken daily recording level of engagement, degree of positive of negative energy produced, and whether flow state was induced. Each week, notes should be reviewed and observations about themes noted—especially about smaller specifics at what gave the activity its qualities. Helpful to note the environment, people and objects involved, and how things interacted. The resulting conclusions can be used to imagine possible life goals to work toward.rB5 Part of core intent.
