Shame is the fear of disconnection stemming from feeling unworthy.

“Unwanted identity” is a primary driver—the disconnect between our ideal and actual self image. Being rooted in fears about social connection, connection is the antidote. Compounds when left untreated because of the outward and inward damage it causes. Behaviors that show an organization is tained.
