Managing conflict is a mix of prevention and facilitation.

In decision making, conflict is natural, but should not imply that consensus is the goal. A clear decision making process helps reduce negative personal reactions to decisions. More generally, conflict addresses problems and shouldn’t be avoided because being clear is caring.rF2
