Some actors could have had easier and more direct influence, but circumstances were that they did what they did. When everyone is committed to building an effective team, it is reinforcing for everyone to learn how they can contribute to a course-correction in the future. Root causes are largely a myth, so each part of a human system needs to understand the opportunities for influence. Even small things like being more curious or speaking up more can make a difference.rB1
