Liminal thinking is an approach to sidestepping the biggest hindrance to change: belief.

“Liminal” refers to boundaries, spaces between; belief creates these boundaries, where change is both prevented and created. Exercises help explore these spaces. Theory of beliefs assesses origin and meaning of beliefs, while a series of practices helps mitigate their deleterious effects.rG1
