Critical to meaningful decision making. Passive agreement results in ineffective support and happens when people don’t have enough context, didn’t resolve contextual discrepancies via conflict, or didn’t otherwise set aside disagreements to commit. Ending decision making sessions with confirmation of understanding and commitments is a great way to avoid passive agreement.rL1
