This is an intentional opportunity to learn what’s on someone else’s mind. Sometimes this will be something negative, but engaging in comiseration will make the problem worse. This is a natural forum to discuss feedback as well. Feedback and all other discussion points benefit from being added to a shared record. Progress reports are a natural interest, but should generally be avoided unless someone is working on something more distant.rF2 More specific questions will offer a better picture than open-ended questions.
