Augment self-organization to change how it evolves.

Self-organization allows a system to change its rules and feedback loops, among other lower-tier leverage points. New experiments and patterns will help evolve toward a better direction. Higher level control mechanisms can produce monoculture which harms evolvability; reducing those may help.rM3
