Beliefs are constructed.

Human inclination toward forming like-minded social groups allows belief to self-reinforce with the further help of the group. Beliefs protect themselves, partly on account of this. The pyramid of belief shows the steps of construction. These constructions are entirely internal and therefore invisible to others without discussing them, and even invisible to oneself without observation from a liminal space.[^G1]
