Productivity requires effective planning.

Planning requires the prefrontal cortex and therefore should be done when mental faculties are at their peak. Tasks should be planned in context of changing mental capacity, since each task affects the next. Earlier tasks should clear the way for later tasks by freeing mental resources by either settling a plan or simplifying ideas to aid future work. Schedule by focus requirements. Known work should be organized to enable action.rR1
