Capture all outstanding tasks to reclaim headspace.

Any thought about needed change creates an open loop that must be captured into a trusted system for the mind to release it. Leaving things uncaptured creates background stress. Using as few intake methods as possible to cover all contexts one may be in, endeavor to capture every open loop. Every actionable thought must be in the system for it to be trusted. Periodically, this content is reviewed and clarified. If an item would take very little time, less than 2 minutes, it may be better to just do it. Dumping these thoughts is one step pursuing a “mind like water”.rA1
